Decree of the Russian Government dated March 4, 2010 ã. ¹292-r |
Subject to point 171 of part 2 of Article 55 of the Federal Law «On Placing Orders for Delivering Goods, Performing Works and Rendering Services for State and Municipal Needs», State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’ shall be appointed as a single contractor for fulfilling orders placed by the Ministry of Regional Development to perform work on elaborating opinions about the compliance of projects seeking budgetary allocations from the Russian Investment Fund with financial, budgetary and economic efficiency criteria.
