Vnesheconombank’s participation in refinancing companies’ debt obligations
In pursuance of the Federal Law "On Additional Measures for Supporting the Financial System of the Russian Federation" Vnesheconombank undertakes activity to extend credits (loans) to companies in foreign currency for repaying and (or) servicing credits (loans), which they obtained from foreign financial institutions prior to September 25, 2008.
Vnesheconombank Supervisory Board took positive decisions on refinancing foreign debt obligations of Russian companies and banks in the amount of about 14.3 billon US dollars (less co-financing).
